What NOT to Eat
The safest thing to do is never enter a superstore. But this is hardly practical and there are good whole foods in most stores. OK, we know even the vegetables have been washed with sulfides, chemicals, irradiation, etc. But this aside, as much as possible, remove refined sugars and refined flours from your diet. Eat nothing that is processed such as meats, prepared foods, homogenized milk, breads, cereals, and nothing labeled VALUE food. Corporations do not produce VALUE foods to help the poor, but to make profits. If you really knew what was in the package, you would panic! In short, eat nothing that is not a natural whole food.
Even whole foods in the superstore bear watching with a critical eye. Remember that the name of the game is profits, not your health. A chicken in a small box being fed a mix of chemicals and processed food pellets does not produce healthy eggs. Remember the old saying Let the buyer beware! Don't forget it. A happy free range chicken from a local farm produces eggs that taste nothing like the bargain eggs you find at youknowwhere. Good food costs more. And its not just the taste - but the nutrition that matters the most.
What else should you not eat for optimum health?
Do not eat animal fat! Why? Because toxic substances are stored by animal bodies in their fat! This same fat will clog up your arteries. Just don't eat it. It was never intended for human consumption.
Do not eat blood! Blood is full of toxins, hormones, disease and animal waste (how does the body get waste to the bladder?). It should be labeled not for human consumption.
Do not eat scavengers! Don't eat rats, buzzards, or shark. But scavengers also includes shellfish and pigs.
Is there anyone left whom we have not offended? Avoiding some of our favourite historical foods is not easy, but reducing our intake of these foods can impact our quality of life.
