We ship our mills and grains throughout the UK at a flat rate of £6.95. Mill and grain orders are usually shipped within a week, but please allow for up to 10 working days. Please include information during checkout for placement of grain (garage, neighbours, etc.) if you will not be home. Mills must be signed for. You can ship to a different address than your home.
Small packets (450g) are shipped via Royal Mail at a cost of £2.80 per parcel. Orders of over 3 items are shipped through our normal shippers at the flat rate of £6.95 for as many items as you want. Granola, muesli and bread mixes are usually made to order. Once an order has been placed, the item will be cooked and packed as part of our normal weekly schedule. Orders may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered.
Any order with a bread mix should be a minimum of £12. Any order with a bread mix will be charged £6.95 for shipping. The more items you order, the less the shipping cost per item. We suggest you order with friends or family to reduce the shipping cost per item.
For those in the Highlands and offshore, please add various surcharges from the SHIPPING SURCHARGE menu before checking out.
We desire your satisfaction in the use of our products. If you are not happy with your purchase, then let us know within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for you to return the product and we will refund your money.
The Campo Flaker may be purchased from anywhere in the world and shipped by Royal Mail. For any other purchases outside the UK please contact us for details.
If your product has been damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will assist you in your claim. If your product fails to perform due to a manufacturers defect during the length of the warranty, please contact us for details of repair or replacement. Damage, abuse or commercial use of the products are not covered by warranty. Our products are specifically selected for their quality and you should not expect any problems.
